Wedding gowns should be cleaned and preserved as soon after the big day as possible. The reason for this is because any kind of food or beverage that may have come in contact with the fabric will start a chemical reaction that can leave a tanning stain or worse yet take the color in spots.

After the gown is cleaned and treated it is folded around acid free tissue and laid elegantly into a special inner box that has a window inset for later viewing. This inner box is then placed into the outer box for protection and storage.

The process depending on the gown usually takes from one to two weeks, but provides a lifetime of memories.
